What time is it? It’s #clockspring time. These types of springs are referred to as “clock springs” or “power springs.” The springs are made from a thin ribbon-tempered material that is used where there are space constraints and the application requires the spring to rotate or oscillate on a spindle. Some examples include clock springs (of course), tape measures, and lawnmower pull starters. This particular spring is made on a high-speed CNC coiler. #cnc #manufacturing #power #engineering
