About this position

The position's primary responsibility is to execute a business growth plan aimed at increasing sales consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

This involves strategic planning, implementing sales initiatives, and tracking performance metrics to ensure continuous growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Defines available markets and trends, customer targets, and strategies to pursue them.
Acquires new business and develops new relationships with prospective customers to ensure sales goals are achieved.
Documents and utilizes information in Katy Spring’s CRM.
Meets with existing customers to maintain relationships.
Ability to re-engage customers who are low or non-performing by developing new strategies, offering solutions and tactics to develop and grow current business.
Cultivates customer relationships, laterally and above the primary contact.
Participates in sales meeting and provides pipeline and other sales related updates to sales team.
Prepares and delivers technical presentations that explain Katy Spring products and/or services to customers and prospective customers.
Understands and resolves customer issues regarding sales, service, etc.
Travel required.

Compensation:

Highly competitive base salary plus commission, depends on experience
