  • Bennett Spring Lathes.

become a spring manufacturer with “spring training”

This position is primarily responsible for training in the spring-manufacturing trade.

Setting-up and operating all spring-related manufacturing equipment; coiling machines (Torin, HTC, Itaya, Nucoil & Simco), grinders (Bennett), benders, and spring lathes in accordance with Katy Spring’s safety policies and machine manufacture’s written manuals and guidelines by performing the following duties.

  • The ability to be trained quickly and understand instruction of how to set up and run spring-making equipment.
  • Ability to use measuring equipment such as calipers.
  • Ability To Interpret Blueprints.
  • Above average mathematical skills required.

  • Highly competitive hourly compensation, depends on experience.
