Katy Spring & Mfg., Inc. has named its new Chief Executive Officer, James West to its board. In addition to being on the Board of Directors of Mr. West will also be assisting in the day to day operation, manufacturing and sales of the company. "I come from a family of spring makers. I've been in the business in some capacity since 1977. I'm excited about the rapid growth Katy Spring has experienced for the last four years and I look forward to taking it to the next level. One of our priorities this year is to achieve our ISO certification."
