Katy Spring is pleased to announce the company has received its ISO 9001:2000 registration. The official registration date is as of November 27, 2003. "This is a goal the company achieved ahead of schedule," says CEO James West. Since the beginning, the business has been managed under an ISO quality system which smoothed the way to receiving our registration. An opportunity to aggressively pursue our long-term goal to become ISO registered came last summer and by the end of the year came to fruition.
