The Quality Manager position is very important in supporting Katy Spring’s key customer service contact points: Quality, Customer Service, Production, and Design Assistance.
Katy Spring’s Quality Manager position, plays a vital role in further improving Katy Spring’s well-respected quality reputation as well as Katy Spring’s ISO certification standards and in leading Katy Spring’s Material Review Board.

Throughout his career with Katy Spring, David Garcia has eagerly taken on new projects with positive results. Recently Mr. Garcia was instrumental on a root-cause analysis project that identified some areas of improvement that ultimately improved Katy Spring’s quality and helped reduce lead times and cost for Katy Spring customers.
