This torsion spring is made from .625” oil tempered wire which is the largest wire size within Katy Spring’s capabilities.
The spring has a “shiny” appearance due to being shot-peened, which reduces stress and fatigue, thus increasing spring cycle life.
Our powder coat line can easily be converted to a paint line. We also have striping and dipping capabilities for other part identification and cosmetic requirements.
